Once you complete the required California Department of Insurance licensing and complete our Farmers Insurance Trainee Program by selling 44 policies (we will supply leads free of costs! – and you get paid all the commissions!!!) we will give you a base (subsidy) of $2500-$3000 per month for the first year – continuing with a base of $1875-$4000 for the second year – plus all the commissions you can generate –
