Administrative Assistant, some Research/Marketing – College Grad! (Beverly Hills – West Side)



Attorney & Legal servicesVendor seeks a top notch Administrative Assistant who can start working ASAP.

You will support the CEO who services top law firms all over the country.

Seeking a colleg grad who is able to work with and help provide top administrative support for our CEO. But, you will have daily contact with Attorneys & sophisticated global law firm clients. They want things done meticulously (and yesterday)!

This is a fast-paced profession & industry (legal). A million things always going on. You need to be the type who can write polished emails, and keep things organized at all levels.

This job is adminstrative in nature, so this skill and extremely high attention to detail is essential.

On top of that, you must be a meticulous researcher.

In an ideal role, you’d want to start at a company, and progress into a higher role in a year or so. Will consider superstars though with law school plans. Someone with very good common sense, people skills, a ‘do-er’, who really wants a job & wants to and needs to work. Interest in marketing, and likes a challenge a plus.

There is a research & marketing element of the job as well.

Administrative & Office experience is key. Top notch computer skills -(Excel, Outlook, Word, Internet), and extremely organized. Very serious work -ethic a must, meaning not calling in sick, high energy.

Must have a nice disposition, and responds to constructive criticism by listening, learning & perfecting (want to grow & better self). Interest in legal field a plus.

Personality type — a people pleaser who never snaps & is pleasant. A hard worker, who has top grades from a top school.

Ideally self-supporting, and doesn’t rely or live with parents after 21.

A College, 4 year degree is preferreed, with a B+ GPA or higher.

Professional, reliable and consistent.

Hours are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with some overtime if needed. Casual attire.

Able to take charge and think on your feet. Good common/people sense, good at customer service.
