Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator is in charge of making sure that all of our projects are running smoothly and that everyone is on the same page. This role supports our Partnership Development team by monitoring active conversations, researching new opportunities, following-up to requests and making sure that we are on track with our business development efforts.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re the type of person who thrives on following through on projects and making sure that everything is done well. You are great with keeping track of many conversations and managing people’s expectations. You have experience with doing these things within a corporate/university environment and you enjoy coordinating complex projects with many people depending on you. As our Business Development Coordinator you will be in charge of doing all of these things for our clients. We would like to start this position off as a part-time role and if it works out transition it into a full time employee role in four months.
If you were working with us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
• Followed-up with clients and kept track of projects and conversations to make sure that everything is running smoothly
• Researched universities and companies
• Coordinated meetings/conference calls between our clients and partners
• Sent out handwritten thank you notes to clients and professors
• Helped organize information and arranged for photographers/videographers to put together case studies from projects
• Updated tasks/follow-up notes in email and our customer relationship management system

• We are a Los Angeles-based creative agency. Our clients include companies such as JetBlue Airways, Clorox, Men’s Health Magazine, and Coca-Cola. We work at a very fun and creative workspace in Culver City, CA.
