Need a flexible schedule?! We are hiring Part-time and/or Per diem Occupational Therapists to work for our ADHC clients in Valley, LA, San Bernardino, and OC areas.Temp to full-time positions are also available.

Schedule: Very flexible (from 1 to 5 times per week / 4-8 hours a day)

Hourly Salary Rate: $35-$40 (depending on experience; negotiable)

Requirements: Preferrably min. 3 years experience but not required; Independent Contractors and Newly Grads are welcome!

Benefits: Healthcare (medical,dental,vision) for min 30 working hrs. per week

1) Provide initial and continuing assessment of the participant in the multidisciplinary team, including the treatment plan, method and interval of delivery of services to meet identified need and discharge summary.

2) Progress notes will be written al least quarterly in the participant’s health record and will be signed by the occupational therapist.

3) Re-evaluate the participant as the condition changes and modify treatment goals consistent with these changes.

4) Decrease or eliminate disability during participant’s initial phase of recovery following injury or illness.

5) Increase or maintain the participant’s capability for independence.

6) Enhance the participant’s physical, emotional and social well-being.

7) Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function. Communicate plan of care to referring physician and other organization professionals.

8) Establish maintenance program (as defined in section 1570.7(f) of the California Welfare and Institutions Code)
