It enables our clients to track every aspect of the repossession and remarketing process on a real time basis.

ROA is seeking a seasoned Transportation Representative.

You are meticulous, organized, strong attention to detail in completing work tasks. Solutions-oriented, logical thinker who immediately addresses issues, dependable, reliable, great personality; demonstrated adaptability to thrive in an office with constant growth and change.
Please be tech savvy with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and a quick study with company proprietary software and web tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Insure all vehicles in inventory are assigned for transport upon repossession and are sent to the correct auction for liquidation.
• Insure vehicle release is sent to repo agent and is handled in a timely fashion.
• Determine solely or work with the clients preferred auction list to assure vehicle is assigned to the correct auction location.
• Follow up daily to monitor the progress of all vehicles. Call on all vehicles that have not been picked up within the required timeframe.
• Keep all databases current.
• Follow all policies as defined in the Company policy manual.
• Work with Associates in a professional manner at all times.
• Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Stay current on industry trends and issues.
• Be alert to and report on all significant information, which may affect Company’s ability to provide complete and excellent service to customers.
• Meet goal and objectives set by and with management.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years auction experience ideally as a fleet lease Rep.
• Is self-motivated, with a solid independent work ethic
• Knows how to quickly establish credibility and build relationships over the phone.
• Has strong listening and positioning skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Experience with Auto IMS, RDN a plus.
• Has an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Experience with database management tools preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
